Which package is right for my event?+
It depends on the size, format and visual rhythm of your event. Silver suits a single focal point, Gold adds a second perspective, and Diamond is built for fuller multi-angle coverage. We can recommend a setup after a quick brief, or you can build a customised solution.
Do you provide livestreaming?+
Yes. Livestreaming is available as an add-on for platforms including YouTube and Facebook, subject to the event’s connectivity and technical requirements. It pairs naturally with our broadcast and video production coverage.
Do you cover events outside Kuala Lumpur?+
Yes. We serve events across Malaysia. Additional transportation and accommodation costs may apply outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. See the locations we cover, including Penang and Johor.
Can you support a last-minute event?+
We are experienced in supporting urgent requests, subject to crew, equipment and date availability. Contact us as soon as possible via the quote form for a fast assessment.
Can you help us choose the right camera setup?+
Yes. Every booking includes a production plan built around your venue, programme and audience. We recommend the right number of cameras, positions and crew for your event — compare our packages or request a customised solution.
How is my final quote calculated?+
Final quotes depend on your event date, location, scope, equipment requirements and any selected add-ons. We confirm pricing after a short brief and send a clear, itemised quote — start your quote and we will respond within one business day.
Do you provide photography and highlights?+
Yes. Event photography, highlights and additional services such as livestreaming, Zoom webinars and high-speed internet connections are available as add-ons.
